Perth #9 - The Drive to Perth & Margaret River Chocolate Co

Last entry for Perth yeayyy.

Actually ni second last day kitorang kat Perth. Masa last day tu kitorang rushing pergi Fremantle semula untuk makan fish and chips kat Cicerello's pulak (in our opinion lagi best makan kat Kaili's) dan souvenir shopping kat E Shed Market. Dah takde gambar sangat dah on the last day tu pun.

So sharing sikit our accommodation kat Cervantes: Cervantes Lodge.

Kitorang ambil satu bilik 4 orang, ada 2 double decker bed. Tak luas mana tapi okay-okay je.

Shower ni scary sikit pakai kain selak-selak je, nasib baik toilet ada pintu zzz. Toilet sharing je kat sini.

Perth #8 - Pinnacles & Lancelin

Many people consider Pinnacles to be the highlight of the trip to Perth.

Pandangan aku? Wajib pergi kalau pergi Perth. Tapi ada mat saleh cakap kat aku: 'it's a heck of a long journey just to see some old rocks.'

I would have to agree, kind sir. But it's thousands old rocks, where else would you get to see that? Lol.

Anyway, ada orang buat trip pergi balik hari je dari Perth CBD ke Pinnacles + Lancelin ni. Tapi 3 jam pergi dan 3 jam balik, total 6 jam dalam kereta. Kiranya tak pergi Cervantes laa. Ikut korang laa tapi aku decide nak jugak stay kat Cervantes sebab tak nak penat sangat drive pergi balik plus nak tengok Lake Thetis jugak.

Pinnacles Desert (bukan dessert ye) terletak kat Nambung National Park. Nak masuk park ni kena bayar AUD 12 per kereta. Park ni sebenarnya sangat luas tapi orang selalunya masuk untuk tengok Pinnacles je.

Perth #7 - Lake Thetis Stromatolites, Hansen Bay Lookout, & Lobster Shack

Cerita dah lapuk sangat dah T.T I really need to finish this story so I can share my Chiang Mai, Kashmir, and Hong Kong travel storiessss *facepalm*.

I've been a mix of lazy and busy, tapi takpe laa malas nak cerita panjang about life.

Let's throwback to Cervantes, 8 months ago -.-"

Bangun pagi, sembang dengan mamat Denmark yang duduk sama hotel dengan kitorang sambil breakfast, pastu ciao keluar laju-laju.

First destination: Lake Thetis.

Lake Thetis ni terkenal dengan stromatolites dia, salah satu tempat kat dunia yang kita boleh tengok stromatolites. Stromatolites = sejenis struktur biokimia yang terhasil dari bakteria sejak 3000 tahun lepas, aka a 'living fossil'. Nampak macam batu je pun tapi sebenarnya ia bukan batu tapi bakteria. I cannot brain.

Kalau korang jenis tak suka belajar pasal tempat yang korang pergi, boleh laa drop by sini kalau ada lebih masa. View tasik dia cantik, but not much you can do here.
